Programme Overview
This 12-month fixed-term contract combines classroom learning with practical store experience. Upon completion, you’ll earn a NQF Level 2 Certification as a Checkout Operator.
What You’ll Do
- Learn retail operations through in-store training
- Develop customer service and product knowledge skills
- Participate in team activities and inventory processes
Requirements
- South African citizen (18-29 years)
- Matric certificate holder
- Currently unemployed
- Strong communicator with teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn retail systems and processes
