Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by relevant departments
- Maintain accurate records, files, and reports
- Update database systems with required information
- Organize physical/digital documentation through filing and scanning
- Assist with client/customer query resolution
- Support process improvement initiatives

Who We’re Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
- South African citizen
- Aged 18-30 years
- Currently unemployed
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year administrative experience (advantageous)
- 3-year diploma/degree in Legal/LLB (advantageous)
