About the Role

As a key player in our aftermarket operations, you’ll uphold our Customer Charter by managing warehouse processes efficiently while driving customer satisfaction and profitability. Report directly to the Parts & Warehouse Manager.

Your Responsibilities

Inbound Operations

• Receive and inspect goods per Volvo procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Document discrepancies promptly and bin parts according to system guidance.

Outbound Operations

• Process customer orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and delivery.
• Support workshop efficiency by prioritizing technician part requests.

Inventory & Compliance

• Conduct daily stock checks, investigate discrepancies, and authorize adjustments.
• Manage credit notes and returns in line with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Exchange Parts & Safety

• Inspect exchange parts for quality and prepare returns to suppliers.
• Enforce health and safety protocols for all warehouse activities.

Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
• Diploma in Warehouse Management OR 3+ years of warehouse experience.
