Key Responsibilities
- Guide guests on menu selections for meals and special events
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, table settings, and service stations
- Process payments securely (cash/credit/debit)
- Address guest needs promptly and professionally
- Train and support service team members
- Monitor inventory of clean tableware and supplies
- Resolve customer concerns with patience and care
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate (essential)
- 5-6 years’ restaurant service experience
- Culinary qualification (advantageous)
- Physical stamina for extended standing/walking
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and hygiene standards
