Position Overview
We seek a motivated Biotechnology graduate to join our team for a 1-2 year contract. This role offers hands-on experience in laboratory testing, data analysis, and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic and advanced laboratory tests independently
- Analyze and interpret test data against reference standards
- Troubleshoot equipment and procedural issues
- Verify and report test results as Technical Signatory
- Optimize laboratory workflows and maintain strict TAT compliance
- Manage equipment maintenance and calibration schedules
- Maintain strict OHS and quality control standards
- Monitor inventory levels and control consumable costs
Requirements
- National Diploma in Biotechnology (All theory subjects completed)
- Requires 6-12 months practical experience for graduation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- EE candidates will receive preference
