Academic Requirements by Department:

People Management:
National Diploma/Degree in HR Management, HRD, IR, Psychology, or Industrial Psychology

SHERQ:
National Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health/Safety or Environmental Science

ICT:
National Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering

Commercial Services (Real Estate):
National Diploma/Degree in Real Estate/Facilities Management

Marine Operations:
National Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, or Marine Engineering

Port Engineering:
National Diploma/Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering

Business Improvement:
National Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Industrial Engineering

Marketing & Communications:
National Diploma/Degree in PR, Communications, Media Studies, or Marketing

Security:
National Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related technical fields

Finance:
National Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance/Financial Management

Candidate Requirements:

  • South African citizen aged 18-35
  • No prior work experience in field of study

Key Competencies:

  • Effective written/verbal communication
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented team player
  • Strong problem-solving skills
