Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on tax matters and prepare high-quality tax opinions
- Conduct tax reviews, compliance checks, and pre-issuance audits
- Research tax legislation and interpret laws (VAT, Income Tax, Customs Acts)
- Liaise with SARS to resolve client queries
- Collaborate with audit teams to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Postgraduate tax qualification (BCom Hons, Postgraduate Tax Certificate, or LLB)
- Minimum 60% academic average
- Strong grasp of South African tax regulations
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proactive learner with teamwork capabilities
