About the Role

RCL Foods seeks a Storeman to join our Baking Division in Spartan, reporting to the Warehouse Administrator. You’ll manage packaging/ingredient stock operations – including receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control – while maintaining safety standards and system accuracy.

Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Valid forklift license
• Experience with SAP/Syspro systems
• Physical stamina for loading/unloading goods

Key Responsibilities

Stock Management:

• Receive deliveries, verify quantities, and inspect for damage
• Issue stock using proper documentation approval
• Conduct daily cycle counts and support inventory audits
• Organize storage areas for safety and accessibility

System & Compliance:

• Update SAP/Syspro in real-time for all transactions
• Maintain batch number tracking and documentation
• Follow HACCP/ISO and safety protocols
• Keep storage areas clean and hazard-free

Team Collaboration:

• Assist production teams and suppliers professionally
• Report operational issues promptly
• Support colleagues during peak periods
