Key Responsibilities

– Receive and inspect all stock deliveries
– Manage orders for food, beverages, and resale items
– Maintain accurate stock records using My Market system
– Conduct weekly stock counts and rotation
– Ensure proper storage conditions and date labeling
– Control portion sizes and minimize waste
– Maintain clean storage areas meeting hygiene standards
– Process invoices and cost calculations daily
– Support team members across departments as needed

Requirements

Essential:
– Matric certificate
– 2+ years storekeeping experience
– Basic computer skills
– Strong attention to detail

Advantageous:
– Healthcare sector experience
– Stock control qualifications
– Knowledge of food safety standards
