Your Role
Deliver outstanding customer experiences by managing point-of-sale operations, merchandising, and service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote and enroll customers in the Clicks Clubcard program
- Maintain cash handling procedures and POS operations
- Share product promotions and deals with customers
- Keep store displays tidy and well-stocked
- Stay updated on product knowledge and store initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Basic math skills
- Strong customer service attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- 50% pass in Grade 12 Math & English
- Retail/FMCG experience
- Familiarity with merchandising standards
