Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Guide customers to products and resolve queries
- Handle complaints professionally
Cashier Duties
- Process cash, card, and lay-by transactions
- Manage refunds and daily till balancing
- Report discrepancies to supervisors
Merchandising & Stock
- Keep products well-stocked and correctly priced
- Maintain attractive displays and store cleanliness
- Stay updated on promotions
Risk Management
- Implement security tagging procedures
- Monitor for suspicious activity
- Participate in stock takes
