About the Role:
Ensure quality control during product dispatch by monitoring loading processes in a cold storage environment. Maintain safety standards, follow protocols, and support efficient warehouse operations.
What We Require:
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- 1+ years warehouse experience
- Comfort working in cold storage (-18°C)
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control:
- Inspect pallets for damage/errors
- Verify truck cleanliness pre-loading
- Apply FIFO stock rotation
- Safety Compliance:
- Follow cold storage protocols
- Report equipment issues immediately
- Use PPE correctly
- Operations Support:
- Assist with stock takes
- Maintain equipment logs
- Work overtime when required
Work Environment:
This role involves extended periods in cold storage conditions. Protective gear provided. Occasional overtime required.
