Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Apply knowledge of Customer Protection Act (CPA) guidelines
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and retail best practices
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate (essential)
- 1+ years’ experience in customer service/resolution roles
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- Familiarity with retail operations (preferred)
