About the Role
Join Eskom’s Limlanga Cluster as a Service Agent to deliver exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels. This role involves shift work and requires adaptability to changing schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound customer communications (calls, emails, etc.)
- Process back-office tasks and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Support prepaid services, vending systems, and payment processes
- Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist with marketing/sales initiatives and report generation
Requirements
Education:
National Diploma/N6 in Business, Finance, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field (NQF 6, 240 credits)
Experience:
2+ years in customer service or client-facing roles
Skills & Competencies
- Technical: Eskom systems knowledge, prepayment tariffs, report writing
- Interpersonal: Strong communication, conflict resolution, teamwork
- Behavioral: Integrity, professionalism, resilience under pressure
Work Schedule
Standard 2-shift rotation with flexibility for schedule changes as needed.
