Role Overview
We’re offering a dynamic internship for recent graduates passionate about Human Resources. Gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development, focusing on training coordination, administration, and impactful stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning, scheduling, and logistics for internal/external training sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and archiving systems.
- Support stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Administer SAP LSO and T@W LMS platforms per company standards.
- Prepare reports and analyze training data for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Matric plus post-matric qualification in HR or related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
