About the Role
Join our Sales and Distribution team to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry. You’ll support key initiatives while developing skills in sales operations, data analysis, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Customer System Support:
- Help implement and manage customer pipeline tools
- Ensure proper use of sales tools by teams
- Analyze data and create reports to guide business decisions
- Maintain CRM systems to support sales activities
Broker Engagement:
- Assist in planning client events and meetings
- Document meeting outcomes and update customer records
Team Coordination:
- Support daily operations and special projects
- Help organize department workflows
Reporting:
- Prepare monthly performance dashboards
- Track sales metrics against targets
We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Curious learner eager to contribute
