Sibanye-Stillwater invites motivated candidates to apply for this entry-level engineering development opportunity within our Platinum Operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 10 with Rigger trade theory subjects OR
- N2 Certificate (Maths, Engineering Science, Drawings, Rigger Theory) OR
- NCV Level 2 Engineering & Design (minimum 40% in all subjects)
- Medical fitness for mine work
- Clean criminal record
Advantageous:
Basic experience in engineering/maintenance environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete structured training program within 12 months
- Adhere to safety protocols and mining regulations
- Participate in equipment maintenance and repair tasks
- Maintain accurate activity reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams
