About the Role
Support store management in daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to company policies. Help maintain a smooth-running store that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Process sales transactions (cash, credit, checks) accurately
- Assist with product displays and inventory management
- Help maintain stockroom organization and floor replenishment
- Operate POS systems efficiently and follow security procedures
- Use upselling techniques to meet sales targets
- Greet customers and help them find products
- Maintain clean and organized store environment

Requirements
- Matric certificate
- 0-1 years retail experience (training provided)
