About the Role

We seek an organized Registry Clerk to manage correspondence and records for our Executive Support team. Preference given to Gauteng residents.

Requirements

  • Diploma/National Diploma in Secretariat/Archives/Information Management
  • 1-2 years’ office experience in HOD/CEO environment
  • Proven mail handling skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
  • Maintain remittance register and postbag security
  • Implement filing system and document tracking
  • Prepare files for archiving and digitization
  • Coordinate special post deliveries
