About the Role
We seek an organized Registry Clerk to manage correspondence and records for our Executive Support team. Preference given to Gauteng residents.
Requirements
- Diploma/National Diploma in Secretariat/Archives/Information Management
- 1-2 years’ office experience in HOD/CEO environment
- Proven mail handling skills
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
- Maintain remittance register and postbag security
- Implement filing system and document tracking
- Prepare files for archiving and digitization
- Coordinate special post deliveries
