Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations
- Manage phone calls and visitor interactions professionally
- Maintain office security through access control procedures
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments
- Handle parcel logistics and mail distribution
- Support virtual meeting setups and hybrid events
Office Management
- Maintain document filing systems (physical/digital)
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- Oversee equipment maintenance and asset tracking
- Coordinate office maintenance and safety protocols
- Support employee onboarding processes
Special Responsibilities
- Organize company events and staff wellness initiatives
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
- Handle basic IT troubleshooting support
- Manage insurance claims and compliance documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma (Matric) required
- 1+ years experience in reception/customer service roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
