We seek a welcoming Receptionist to ensure smooth guest experiences at ANEW Hotel OR Tambo. You’ll handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently, manage reservations accurately, and contribute to our mission of exceptional hospitality.
Key Requirements:
- 1+ years reception experience
- Matric certificate (essential)
- Hospitality/Tourism qualification (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and MS Office
- Fluent in English + one South African language
- Strong communicator with professional presentation
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage guest registration and check-out processes
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and payment records
- Handle reservations and front desk operations
- Uphold hotel policies and front office standards
- Ensure tidy work area and professional guest interactions
