About the Role:

Ensure efficient daily store operations including accurate stock receiving, inventory management, and administrative support for our warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify supplier deliveries against purchase orders
  • Process stock receipts in MRP system with 100% accuracy
  • Manage month-end reporting deadlines
  • Handle rejected stock returns within 48 hours
  • Maintain digital records of all invoices and documentation
  • Distribute stock to appropriate departments/locations daily
  • Implement FIFO inventory management
  • Maintain organized workspaces and filing systems
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies promptly

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Matric certificate
  • 2-3 years warehouse/stores experience
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management

Key Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Physical stamina for warehouse environment
  • Reliable team player with numerical aptitude
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required
