About the Role:
Ensure efficient daily store operations including accurate stock receiving, inventory management, and administrative support for our warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify supplier deliveries against purchase orders
- Process stock receipts in MRP system with 100% accuracy
- Manage month-end reporting deadlines
- Handle rejected stock returns within 48 hours
- Maintain digital records of all invoices and documentation
- Distribute stock to appropriate departments/locations daily
- Implement FIFO inventory management
- Maintain organized workspaces and filing systems
- Resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
Requirements:
Essential:
- Matric certificate
- 2-3 years warehouse/stores experience
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management
Key Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Physical stamina for warehouse environment
- Reliable team player with numerical aptitude
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
