About the Role:
RCL Foods invites passionate graduates to join our 12-month HR internship program. This role offers hands-on experience supporting our HR team with administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and employee lifecycle management. You’ll report directly to the Human Resources Business Partner.
Minimum Requirements:
• Matric certificate
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment administration for junior to mid-level hires
• Conduct reference and criminal record checks
• Oversee new employee onboarding and induction processes
• Maintain accurate HR records on SAP system
• Process payroll documentation and distribute payslips
• Administer leave, medical aid, and benefits programs
• Support disciplinary procedures and policy communication
• Maintain confidential employee files
Ideal Candidate:
• Eager to learn with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
