Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety protocols for aircraft handling and dangerous goods compliance
• Supervise baggage/cargo loading operations and aircraft turnaround processes
• Coordinate with ground crews, flight crews, and service providers
• Conduct ramp safety audits and equipment checks
• Monitor operational timelines and maintain flight schedules
• Manage service provider coordination and resource allocation
• Handle irregular operations reporting and disruption management
• Maintain accurate documentation for all flight operations

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
• 2+ years aviation experience (ramp/passenger services)
• Clean criminal record

• Strong knowledge of airside operations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Computer literacy and time management skills
• Customer service orientation
