What You’ll Do
- Receive hands-on training in plant operations

Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English (40%+ passes)
- Valid South African ID
- Good English communication skills
- Driver’s license preferred
- Resident of host community (proof required)
Program Conditions
- Must pass medical fitness assessment
- Able to work shifts in industrial environments
- Available for full 8-month commitment
