Front of House Team Member

About the Role:

Join our team as a Front of House professional, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
– Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in all front-of-house areas.
– Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
– Manage incoming calls, messages, and reservations efficiently.
– Conduct regular checks of facilities and report maintenance needs.
– Stay updated on industry trends to suggest improvements.

Skills We Value:

– Fluent in the primary language(s) of our service area.
– 3+ years of front-of-house experience in hospitality.
– Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
– Physical stamina for prolonged standing and movement (up to 5 hours).
– Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
– Flexibility to work 45-50 hours weekly.

Requirements:

– National Senior Certificate (or equivalent)
