Key Responsibilities
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage stock replenishment and store layout
- Process laybys and markdowns accurately
- Protect company assets (stock, cash, equipment)
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Maintain clean, organized store environments
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- Retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Team player with good communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
