Outbound Sales Consultant
Primary Purpose
Manage outbound sales campaigns and lead generation activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to contact center processes and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calls to promote banking products/services and identify sales opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through customer engagement and forward to sales teams.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions aligned with their financial needs.
- Support client onboarding, investment queries, and account management processes.
Requirements
Education:
- Matric certificate
- RE5 Certification
- NQF5 qualification in Banking/FAIS (advantageous)
Experience:
- 1-2 years in a call center environment
- Financial services experience preferred
- Knowledge of FAIS/FICA regulations

- Drive revenue through targeted outbound campaigns

- Manage fixed deposit maturity communications
