About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Offloader to join our bakery team. This role ensures efficient handling of products while maintaining quality standards in our fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and offload bread/crates using proper documentation
- Follow established offloading sequences
- Maintain First In, First Out (FIFO) stock rotation
- Participate in daily operational briefings (Invocoms)
- Report operational issues to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
Grade 12 certificate with basic math skills
Preferred Experience:
1-2 years in FMCG/bakery operations
