Opportunity
Selected candidates will receive hands-on training and mentorship at Mogalakwena Complex. This program enhances technical skills while promoting professional growth in surface mining operations.
Requirements
• South African ID and proof of residence in host communities
• Grade 12 certificate with English and Mathematics/Math Literacy (40%+ pass)
• Medically fit for mining work
• Willingness to work shifts in opencast environments
• Pass psychometric and K53 simulator assessments
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
