About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Loader to join our despatch team. You will ensure efficient loading/unloading of bread products while maintaining quality standards and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Load bread according to delivery schedules and picking slips
- Maintain accurate tray counts and stock rotation (FIFO system)
- Verify product quality before loading
- Participate in daily team briefings (invocom)
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
- Report operational issues to supervisors
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- 3+ months experience in FMCG environment
- Physical stamina for manual handling
- Basic numeracy skills for inventory checks
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
