About the Role:
Join our team as a Loader to ensure efficient daily loading/unloading of bread products while maintaining quality standards and operational processes at our Temba Depot.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load products accurately according to delivery requirements
• Follow safe loading sequences and tray management procedures
• Conduct quality checks on all loaded products
• Maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO system)
• Participate in daily Invocom meetings
• Report operational issues to supervisors
• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines
Required Skills:
• Physical stamina for manual handling tasks
• Basic numeracy skills for inventory counts
• Attention to detail for quality control
• Teamwork and communication abilities
• Understanding of FMCG workflows
• Reliability and time management
Requirements:
• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• 3+ months experience in FMCG/logistics (preferred)
• Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work until all daily deliveries are completed
