About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Loader to manage the daily loading and offloading of bakery products at our Rustenburg Depot. This role ensures efficient distribution while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Load/unload bread according to delivery schedules and picking slips.
• Follow defined loading sequences and tray-counting procedures.
• Maintain stock rotation (FIFO – First In, First Out) and product quality checks.
• Participate in daily team meetings (“invocom”) and report issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good communication and accountability.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• 3+ months of experience in FMCG, warehousing, or similar fields.

Work Conditions

• Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Overtime required until all deliveries are completed.
