Job Title: Automotive Diagnostic Apprentice (Level 1)

Location: Maemo Motors Commercial Vehicles – Rustenburg

About the Role:

Join our dynamic service team as a Level 1 Apprentice, where you will leverage cutting-edge diagnostic tools to enhance vehicle servicing efficiency. This role focuses on technical problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Diagnose vehicle faults efficiently using advanced equipment.
• Guide mechanics on repair methods and interpret diagnostic results.
• Address breakdown calls and resolve customer-reported issues effectively.

Operational Excellence:

• Follow company procedures for repairs and maintain accurate records.
• Manage parts usage: sign for parts, return unused items promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean and in optimal condition.

Customer & Team Collaboration:

• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and customers about repairs.
• Support promotional campaigns and team initiatives.
• Keep workspaces and tools organized.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science.
• N2 qualification with Engineering Science, Technical Drawing, Maths, and Motor Trade Theory.
