About Us

ITB Plastics manufactures flexible packaging solutions for FMCG and food industries. Our products include retail bags, security bags, food packaging, and heavy-duty sacks, distributed locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks aligned with training level.
• Attend training sessions and submit coursework promptly.
• Maintain an accurate portfolio of evidence.
• Follow safety, quality, and employment policies.
• Participate in regular progress reviews with mentors and managers.

Requirements

Education:

• Matric certificate with Mathematics/Maths Literacy and Science/Accounting.

Experience:

• Aged 18–30.
• Currently unemployed.
• Not enrolled in other studies or learnerships.
• Commit to 12-month training and workplace assessments.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Willingness to work shifts/weekend overtime.

Terms & Conditions

• Open to unemployed candidates only.
• Successful applicants sign fixed-term service and learnership contracts.
• National Certificate in Plastics Manufacturing awarded upon completion.
• No guarantee of permanent employment post-program.
• Assessment required during selection process.
