The Role: Sales Associate
We seek a dedicated Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales across our brands. Your role will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence while contributing to team success.
Key Responsibilities:
– Cash Handling: Manage till operations, daily reconciliations, and accurate transactions with zero discrepancies.
– Stock Management: Oversee inventory processes, weekly stock counts, storeroom organization, and order fulfilment.
– Customer Engagement: Provide personalized service, build lasting client relationships, and maintain expert product knowledge.
Requirements:
– Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
– 6+ months of retail experience.
– Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
– Team-oriented with a focus on meeting targets.
– Passion for customer satisfaction and building rapport.
