About the role:
As a Technical Support Intern, you’ll:
• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues for Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch)
• Install/configuring systems and educate customers
• Maintain detailed repair records and collaborate with technicians
• Provide exceptional in-store and phone support

We’re looking for:
• Matric graduate with A+/N+ certifications
• Basic hardware/software knowledge across Windows, macOS, Linux
• Networking fundamentals understanding
• Problem-solving skills with customer-first mindset
• Strong communicator and team player
