About the Role
The City of Johannesburg offers practical work experience to students requiring on-the-job training for academic qualifications or post-graduate development. This opportunity prioritizes Johannesburg residents aged 18-35 who meet the criteria.
Remuneration
- Completed qualification (360+ credits): R9,960.45/month (basic salary)
- Currently enrolled students: R3,500.00/month (basic salary)
Requirements
- Matric certificate plus relevant HR qualification (NQF 5-7) in:
– Human Resource Management
– Industrial Psychology
– Labour Relations/Law
– Organisational Development - Proof of enrollment from educational institution
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Johannesburg residency mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR administrative processes
- Assist with employment procedures
- Compile reports and meeting documentation
- Coordinate employee support programs
