About the Role:
You will support new product development from concept to launch, including kitchen trials, factory testing, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Your organizational skills will help maintain accurate documentation and streamline workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
• BSc degree/National Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).
• Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in ready-to-eat (RTE) product development is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct product research and development.
• Manage trials, process audits, and shelf-life studies.
• Create product specifications and process flows.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
