Programme Purpose

This graduate programme provides hands-on experience in supporting strategic initiatives through administrative excellence. You’ll contribute directly to business operations while developing professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for departmental operations
  • Compile and manage reports (monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc)
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain efficient document management systems
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 6/7) in:
• Administration
• Business Management
• Project Management
• Related field

Key Competencies:

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving approach
  • Experience with SAP systems (advantageous)
