Purpose of Role
Support day-to-day operations through efficient financial and administrative processes for 5 FM.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage station documentation, including strategic plans and meeting minutes
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for management
- Maintain organized physical/digital filing systems
- Prepare agendas and handle event logistics (workshops, meetings, station visits)
Financial Processes:
- Process freelance contracts, supplier payments, and staff reimbursements
- Track and resolve payment queries
Operational Excellence:
- Implement office procedures and compliance standards
- Address client inquiries and maintain service standards
- Support health/safety protocols and risk management
Team Collaboration:
- Participate in performance management processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma in Office Administration, Media Studies, or related field (NQF 6)
- SAP system experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of basic finance principles and PFMA
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
