HR Operations Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract – 24 Months)
Position Overview
Join our team in this dynamic rotational role supporting key HR functions including Organizational Development, Learning Experience, and Business Operations. This position offers hands-on involvement in shaping workplace culture and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
- Implement Balance Score Card initiatives across business units
- Drive participation in organizational transformation programs
HR Operations
- Manage full recruitment cycle: job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system updates
- Coordinate performance management processes and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and feedback processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of labor legislation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
