Key Responsibilities:
- Master the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to interview coordination.
- Engage with candidates and hiring managers to refine communication skills.
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain candidate records.
- Support onboarding processes, including background checks and reference verifications.
- Participate in employer branding efforts (e.g., social media campaigns, career fairs).
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with labor policies.
- Contribute to HR projects and talent pipeline development.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for talent acquisition and professional growth.
- Organized, adaptable, and skilled at multitasking.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ATS tools (a plus).
- MIE Fingerprint Capturing experience (advantageous).
