General Worker – Midas Rustenburg

Midas Rustenburg is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Worker to join our warehouse team. This role involves maintaining warehouse efficiency through tasks like stock management, order preparation, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Binning & Stock Management: Accurately sort incoming stock, replenish inventory, and update bin locations as needed.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and check customer/branch orders promptly to meet delivery deadlines.
• Quality Control: Double-check orders to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment daily.
• Stocktakes: Assist in inventory counts and reporting.
• Scanner Management: Issue, track, and inspect scanners daily; report any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 certificate (or equivalent literacy/numeracy skills).
• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of spares, motor parts, or warehouse systems is advantageous.

• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Physically fit for lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
• Team player with strong work ethic and integrity.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet operational targets.
