About the Role:
Join our team as a General Assistant and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining store standards. This position requires a proactive individual to manage stock displays, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product queries and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain attractive product displays according to store layouts
- Ensure accurate shelf pricing and labeling
- Keep aisles clear and safe for customer access
- Report damaged stock and potential safety hazards
- Complete cleaning schedules for staff facilities
- Follow all safety regulations and use protective equipment
Requirements:
- Grade 10/NQF 3 with 1 year experience OR Grade 12
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Valid SA ID/work permit
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
