About the Role
Join our hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across restaurants, banquets, and casino floor services. You’ll ensure high service standards, minimize waste, and help grow hospitality revenues while maintaining Sunway operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining/event spaces, table settings, and service stations
- Serve food/beverages efficiently with menu expertise
- Process orders/payments accurately via POS systems
- Maintain clean work areas & follow safety/hygiene protocols
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Conduct stock counts and manage equipment upkeep
- Promote upsell opportunities and current promotions
Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- 2+ years experience in food service/guest-facing roles
- Knowledge of cocktail mixing/beverage service (advantageous)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Physical ability to carry service equipment
