The Opportunity
We seek an Electronics Engineering student for hands-on training in satellite ground station operations. This role combines technical learning with real-world applications in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate/maintain antenna systems, RF equipment, and satellite ground station hardware/software
- Support satellite launch operations including tracking, telemetry, and command (TT&C) services
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on technical systems
- Contribute to engineering projects and operational tasks
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in S4/S5 Electrical Engineering studies (Electronics/Telecommunications focus)
- Requires work-integrated learning (WIL) to complete qualification
- Basic understanding of microwave systems and telecommunications
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office essential)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport*
*Note: Our remote location lacks public transport options.

- Aged 35 or younger
