Eskom invites motivated individuals to join a 3-year Artisan Training Programme within the Electrical discipline. This programme combines institutional learning and on-the-job training, culminating in a Trade Test certification.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (50%), Physical Science (50%), and English (40%), OR
- N3 Engineering with Mathematics (50%), Physical Science (50%), and English (40%), OR
- NCV Level 4 with Physical Science (50%), Mathematics (50%), and English (40%)
Key Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-disciplined, motivated, and safety-conscious
- Emotional resilience and commitment to responsibilities
- Basic computer literacy
