  • Identify recurring customer trends and report systemic improvements
  • Manage workloads effectively while meeting performance targets

Requirements

  • Matric certificate (essential)
  • 1+ years customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Zendesk/Freshdesk
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in high-volume environments
  • Technical aptitude for learning new software quickly
  • Problem-solving skills with stress tolerance
  • Detail-oriented approach to information accuracy
