Customer Service Officer
Purpose:
Deliver exceptional end-to-end service to SACAA clients while enhancing customer satisfaction and service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Manage walk-in, contact center, and written customer interactions
- Resolve queries using SACAA policies and CRM systems
- Monitor and close customer cases within service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analysis
- Maintain professional client communication across all channels
Administration:
- Prepare documents and reports
- Manage departmental correspondence and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings and maintain records
- Track and resolve customer inquiries systematically
Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to service quality standards
- Maintain compliance with SLAs
Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum: Grade 12 + National Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
Experience:
1+ years in customer service or call center environment
